Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you open a page, Netlify's servers process technical data that every browser sends: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify may process this data outside the EU.
Fonts and 3D viewer
The fonts and the 3D viewer on this site are stored on our own server. Your browser does not contact Google or any other third party to load them.
Contact form
If you use the form on our homepage, we receive your name, email address, website, what you do and your message. The form is processed by our host Netlify (Netlify Forms), which stores the submission so that we can read it; this may happen outside the EU. We use the data only to reply and to prepare your free first frame (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete it when it is no longer needed.
If you write to us, we use your email address and what you send only to reply and, if we work together, to carry out the project (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it, for example for invoices.
Your rights
- You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.
- You can ask us to restrict how we use it, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format.
- You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
